With two ex high performance athletes in the team, we have the experience and understanding to deliver specific services to athletes , sports people and teams. These range from on going sessions with athletes around resilience and mental health under pressure to group sessions to teams and clubs. The content can be tailored to suit the needs of the customer; alcohol & drugs to resilience, depression to managing emotions and expectations.

Suicide Prevention Youth Service

 

We deliver services aimed around youth suicide prevention and intervention. Our Rangatahi Suicide Prevention program is delivered into schools and incorporates a holistic / matauranga approach to build up resilience.

HR, people and capability

 

We provide advisory services in the ares of senior organisational HR, Risk and Auditing. We work with organisations from the board level down around building people, capability and delivering performance management to see results and increase outputs across the organisation.
